Legacy System Integration

M2M Systems Integrators works with the Niagara Framework from Tridium to bridge legacy controls to open protocols. Utilizing BACnet, ASHRAE Standard 135, legacy systems can be enhanced with web functionality for easy access, remote alarming, and automated monitoring. Existing buildings can be brought into the 21st Century without tearing out the existing controls components, and building operators can have choices among suppliers.

BACbone Commissioning Tool

Unifying and connecting building automation to the web is just the first step towards improving building efficiency. BACbone is a software tool to analyze HVAC systems and can be applied over the web or at the site. Developed by M2M Systems Integrators, BACbone offers insights to building professionals to find flaws in mechanical equipment and BACnet compliant controls. Large amounts of data can be harvested and then put through algebraic gates to find non-conforming conditions and devices. BACbone operates independently of the building automation system to provide measurement and verification of its performance.

Commissioning Services

M2M Systems Integrators provides commissioning services for building automation systems within the Dallas Metroplex and via the web. The focus is on building automation and ensuring that the HVAC operates as intended when the project is complete. With BACbone to enhance productivity, our preference is to work on BACnet systems. Other systems will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
